New Scheduling Software!

I’m realizing how long it’s been since my last email newsletter. I hope you’re finding moments of gentleness and ease in your daily movements. With such global conflict and strife happening these days, it’s challenging for me to feel a peaceful connection within myself, within my body. It’s days like these that I see the practice of Peace as a radical act of defiance with the status quo of Panic. Playing with the balance between external and internal. If external conflict triggers internal conflict… does internal peace trigger external peace? I’m choosing to believe so; one peaceful moment at a time, one day at a time :)
Big news to share with you! After ~7 months of being in our new office in Montpelier, Green Dragon Medicine has grown enough to support a more comprehensive & expansive scheduling software. Hooray! Nyssa and I are grateful for the many ways we’ve felt supported by this community; and equally grateful for the many opportunities we’ve found to offer support. Initiatives like launching a sliding-scale pay model for massage, inclusion of insurance billing for acupuncture, and membership options have helped this small family-wellness-clinic grow while expanding accessibility.
Our intention with this new scheduling software is to support this growth with an easier intake process and administrative function. We sincerely hope that you’ll find this transition pleasant and largely uneventful. Basically, just a different hyperlink to click!
Important details about the switch:
The new software goes live on Sunday April 10th.
You'll receive a welcome email with a new scheduling link soon.
Intake forms are not transferrable, you’ll need to fill out a new one.
Account credits & prepaid sessions will be transferred to the new system.
Current memberships will be cancelled, any unredeemed sessions will be transferred.
You’re welcome to restart your membership in the new software!
Unredeemed gift certificates will be redeemable in the new software.
Except for “MassageBook-specific gift certificates.
After April 14th, we will lose the ability to redeem non-Green Dragon Medicine gift certificates.
We can redeem them beforehand and transfer a credit to the new software, if we process it before the 14th.
Please let me know if you’re unsure which type of gift certificate you have; a Massagebook gift certificate or a Green Dragon Medicine gift certificate.
Important to mention:
While I will do my absolute best effort at perfectly transferring everyone’s prepaid sessions and account credits, it’s just me doing all of this. And I’m an imperfect human. If you know that you have any prepaid sessions and/or account credits, please login to your account and screenshot it. Just in case :)
Sometime in the week of April 10th, you’ll see a welcome email from the new software. This will contain the link to your new account and you’ll be able to verify if all your “stuff” transferred over correctly. (This feels to me as if we’re about to step through a Stargate together, fingers crossed we arrive seamlessly with all of our bits intact.)
One deficient aspect of the new software, which is important to note, is the inability for you to purchase a gift certificate, package, or membership by yourself online… (it’s a feature that we hope will be made available in the near future.)
If you’d like to start/restart your membership, purchase a gift certificate or package, just email about it or mention it during your next session. Easy peasy.
