Did you know acupuncture is good for relieving musculoskeletal pain?

While many people may think of acupuncture for things like stomach pain or treating infertility, acupuncture is really incredible at relieving low back, neck, and joint pain. The scientific and anecdotal evidence is so overwhelming for acupuncture’s cost effectiveness at treating these complaints that Medicare covers acupuncture for these conditions (and headaches too). Thats’s a big deal because they are pretty well known for pinching pennies on medical services.

In my own life I’ve seen it work countless times. In fact, my first experience with acupuncture was when a family member had debilitating neck pain following a motorcycle accident. After months of no improvement their orthopedist finally threw their hands up and said “look I could put you on pain meds for the rest of your life or you could try acupuncture.” Well the acupuncture worked, relieving all their pain in a few short weeks and restoring range of motion.

When it comes to relieving your back, neck or joint pain East Asian Medicine has so much to offer. We can turn it around, even if you’ve been experiencing pain for years, so that you can come home to your body and find comfort in your life. If you have questions about how I can help relieve your pain please call or email me for a free consultation. If you’re ready to step into greater comfort, schedule online below.

Upcoming Workshops:

I’ve been thinking about offering some workshops this summer or autumn and I want to hear what YOU want to learn more about. What questions do you have about how the wisdom of East Asian Medicine could better support you in your day to day life?

If you’ve ever wished we could dive deep into the mechanism for how your symptoms develop and manifest… wondered about the energetics of food and why salads make you tired…wished you knew some tools for improving your peri-menopausal comfort or avoiding that cold going around the office this could be our chance to get into it!

Please take a minute to respond to my survey on workshop topics. It will literally take 1-2 minutes to complete (it’s 2 questions). I would be so grateful for your input.

Many blessings of abundance to you and yours,

Nyssa
